Staying at Nectarios Villa complex is an excellent choice for those wishing to explore Santorini, as it is situated in a prime location in Fira. Our complex lies at the eastern side of Fira town, 500 m. from the central square. This allows you to combine the tranquility of staying in our hotel, with the chance to explore the island and Fira Town.
Nectarios Villa complex is housed in a new, two-storey building which was built according to the traditional Cycladic architecture. It has assimilated all the particulars of the Theran style and stands out for its simple construction with the characteristic arches, which in combination to other decorative elements and pastel colors create an idyllic scenery.
The complex comprises of 5 Double rooms and 1 Suite, equipped with all comforts and furnished accordingly in order to offer moments of complete relaxation.
A small swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers are within our premises for those wishing to relax. There is a breakfast area with modern furnishing and tastefully decorated overlooking the pool in order to start your day with beautiful images.

Nectarios Villa complex is situated in one of the most beautiful Cycladic towns. It lies in Fira, Santorini's capital and in a perfect location in order to explore the island’s villages, beaches, archaeological sites, museums and churches.
It is worth visiting the island’s museums such as the Folklore Museum, which is very close to Nectarios Villa. It is housed in a traditional building of 1861. We are on the east side of town, 500 m. from the main square of Fira. Getting around is very easy as a few meters away, there is a bus stop to other tourist resorts such as Imerovigli, Perissa, Perivolos, Akrotiri, Kamari and Oia, in order to admire the most beautiful sunset in the world!

The staff is also incredibly nice and very home-like. My only negative comments: the mattress was incredibly hard, I didn't find it comfortable to sleep. I also don't recommend the cruise tours that they suggested, it was a waste of 100 euros and Santorini you can see a lot on your own (the only tour I found worth it was the volcano and hot springs one for 20euros). Also, there should be a card in the morning where we can fill out if we want breakfast that day and hang it to the door and then get breakfast delivered to the room the way we do in many hotels... because I would've ordered breakfast but could never order it and there was no telephone in the hotel room to contact reception. I also would awaken really early because when they delivered breakfast in the morning to the guests at 7AM it was rather noisy... Other than that, I had a great time and I would come back and recommend this hotel to those that like tranquility at night. | 5 |

Katerina was extremely accomodating and always wanting to help us find places or get us food or drinks, she was very approachable and her and her husband always said hello and goodbye to us for each of our comings and goings. The house keeper was INCREDIBLE! She worked tirelessly and our room was always spotless and exceptionally clean every single day! The hotel is in a great location and easy to walk to the town and beyond. It is also very close to the bus stops, Katerina gave us a map with directions to the bus stop. There is a nice sea view, however if you are looking for the deep blue sea you are looking for a hotel overlooking the other side of the island and the volcano. We didn't think this was much of an issue, because you spend most of your time out and about exploring anyway so don't need the expensive view! The pool was small but comfortable and definitely did the trick to cool down on hot days! We had room 5 and it was nicely fitted out and the other guests around us were quiet and we barely knew they were there! The WIFI was quite good speed and the kitchenette was fitted out quite well. We felt really safe and comfortable at Nectarios Villas and it was a great place to relax and take in the beautiful island of Santorini! | 5 |

We started with coffee and cake before being shown our room which had a superb view of the east side of Santorini and the sea beyond. Katerina was so helpful with any local information we needed. The bus station was about 10-15 minutes walk from where we could explore the island easily. On the days we had breakfast they were always plentiful and good value. The room had a fridge with plenty of space for food and drinks, which was very useful, as well as a small cooker (which we didn't use). We used three good restaurants within a five minute walk but also used some in the main town and had some excellent meals. We would certainly recommend the villa. | 5 |
